Cantucci with almonds
The Cantucci are obtained by cutting the still hot loaf of dough into slices, enriched with almonds and herbs, crunchy and crumbly with an enveloping taste. Ideal alone or accompanied with excellent wine, preferably sweet, or with our lamadè liqueurs.
Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, sugar, lard, almonds, milk, eggs, honey, ammonium bicarbonate, vanillin, and cinnamon.
Allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy products, and milk, may contain traces of nuts, contains gluten.
